Full Service Wedding Planning

This includes:

Design Services: Investments range from $100 - $50k and up

The design concept service is included in the full service package. You may only need someone to create a design plan for you and then execute that plan on the wedding day.

 

A full design package would include theme selection, color scheme selection, linen selection, table top design, lighting design, fabric draping, floral design and the execution and installation of the design concept.

Any of these design services are available ala carte.

 

We are able to take raw open spaces and transform them into something magical. For instance, you may not find a venue that looks the way you want it to for your event. We are able to come in and transform Ballrooms, warehouses, gymnasiums, and tents into something unrecognizable. We are able to do this through the magic of theatrical lighting design and fabric draping.

 

We also have a full construction and fabrication warehouse where we design and construct custom unique props that are available for rent.

 

If we don't have something that fits your need, we can custom build something that will.

 

Lighting design: We have a talented and skilled lighting designer that is ready to put his many years of design, and rigging experience from traveling and working with local, national, and international music acts to work for your special event.

 

We can create something simple like washing a few walls with color or something elaborate like flooding an entire space with rich hues of color that will make you think you've just stepped into a fantasy land.

 

We can project your names and wedding or event date on dance floors, walls, fabric structures, etc. using gobos that are custom designed with your event in mind. We can use any color under the rainbow and even project patterns like shapes or leaves and tree branches. For added drama we can even illuminate the outside of the venue with color or just warm amber tones. Pin spots can be used overhead to highlight your table centerpieces to create ambient light and to draw attention to your beautiful table décor. The possibilities are endless.

 

Pyrotechnic: Have you ever considered having a fireworks display or a confetti launch to celebrate your special night? We can custom design a display to meet your needs that will "Wow" your guests and will work in almost any setting. It can be as simple or over the top as you wish. We have a skilled and certified pyrotechnic operator to make your event extra special.

 

Fabric draping: The many uses for fabric in special events are limitless. Fabric can be used to soften hard surfaces and create backdrops to cast light or video on. If you are using a space that is not attractive, you can very easily camouflage unattractive walls or hide items that can't be moved by using fabric panels. You can use them in many different forms, but a couple of ways would be to use them long and flowing like draperies, or you can use stretch fabric panels to create tightly pulled organic shapes that lend a modern feel to an atmosphere. You could even use fabric in a space that has very tall ceilings or in tents to create softness and drama overhead. The many uses for fabric are only limited by your imagination.

 

Table Linens: The linen you choose to dress your tables with for your special event can say a lot. You are not limited to plain white or ivory linens, although some instances those colors are very appropriate, they are not your only choice.

 

We have an extensive selection of linens ranging in price, fabric, color and design. We have everything from casual to couture.

 

Floral design: Whether you are looking for a few simple centerpieces or huge statement pieces we can accommodate your needs. We have gifted designers that can create traditional arrangements or the most modern unique and cutting edge designs. Flowers can do so much in setting the tone for an event with fragrance, color, texture and the overall look of the design. This aspect of an event should never be overlooked.

 

Tabletop design: What you put on your table will tell your guests that you really had them in mind when you planned your event. We can assist you with chargers, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, fabric napkins, and other decorative accessories that will make your guest never want to leave, and will create beautiful pictures for you to enjoy for the rest of your lives.

 

Custom prop fabrication: Sometimes there are those events that require things that are not something that you can just go buy or even rent from local rental companies. As designers, we look at things a little differently from the rest of the world. For example; some of our creations arise from problems or challenges we face in trying to create a design for certain spaces. We conceptualize and fabricate items like custom columns that resemble old Roman or Greek stone. They can be made to work with your style and color scheme.

 

We have 12 foot x 8 foot backdrops that are upholstered in Dupioni silk and have a satin ribbon harlequin pattern held in place by large jewels. We added shelves to this piece to add flower arrangements or candles for added drama. We can use any color silk to compliment your color scheme. These are great for spaces with very high ceilings.

 

We have custom built canopies, huppah's, arches and gazebos that can be made to fit the size space you are using. We are continually designing and fabricating new pieces.

 

Event Management Services: Investments start at $1200

Wedding day coordination and direction: If you have done everything yourself and need to be able to turn everything over to capable hands so you can relax on the day before and the day of your wedding, we will meet the week or two before and create a wedding day timeline, and we will facilitate the wedding day.

Guidance sessions: Investments start at $125 per hour

If you are looking for advice and quality vendor recommendations, but want to plan everything your self and need to have someone to encourage you and guide you through the process, you can purchase hourly consultations.

 

Corporate Planning: Investments vary

We offer corporate event planning on several different levels. We can conceptualize, plan, and execute events such as company parties, product launches, charity events, holiday events and corporate team building events.

 

We can handle every aspect of the planning process down to the actual event management.

 

We work with local as well as national and international companies.
